Moonasya – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vedic Astrology services offered by Moonasya.com (“Moonasya”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client / You”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

  • Moonasya provides Vedic Astrology guidance and consultations based on traditional principles.

  • Services include readings, horoscope analysis, consultations, reports, and suggested remedies.

  • All guidance is advisory only and not a guarantee of future events or outcomes.

2. Accuracy of Information

  • Clients must provide accurate birth details (date, time, place).

  • Moonasya is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete data provided by you.

  • Outcomes of predictions or remedies depend on the accuracy of your data.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may request a rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice before the original appointment time.

  • Sessions may be pushed to a later date but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the service, disagreement with predictions, or perceived inaccuracy.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

4. Limitations & Disclaimers

  • Astrology is a guidance tool only, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  • We make no warranties or guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or completeness of interpretations.

  • Moonasya shall not be held liable for any decision, action, or consequence arising from reliance on our services.

5. Remedies & Rituals

  • Any remedies suggested (gemstones, mantras, pujas, etc.) are traditional in nature and optional.

  • Effectiveness of remedies cannot be guaranteed.

  • If remedies involve third-party suppliers, Moonasya is not responsible for quality, authenticity, or outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All reports, charts, content, audio/video recordings, and written materials (“Materials”) are the intellectual property of Moonasya.

  • You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use Materials.

  • You may not reproduce, publish, resell, or share Materials without written consent.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Personal information (birth details, discussions, etc.) is kept confidential and used only for providing services.

  • Moonasya takes reasonable precautions but does not guarantee absolute data security.

  • By using our services, you consent to collection and storage of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonasya’s liability is capped at the fee paid for the session in dispute.

  • Moonasya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (financial loss, emotional distress, missed opportunities, etc.).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonasya, its astrologers, staff, and affiliates against claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Use of services,

  • Breach of these Terms,

  • Any decision or action taken based on predictions or guidance.

10. Rescheduling & Force Majeure

  • Moonasya reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, technical failure, force majeure events).

  • In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Refunds will not be issued.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Venue: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

  • Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction if court proceedings are necessary.

12. Amendments

  • Moonasya reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.

  • Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Severability

  • If any provision is held invalid, the rest of the Terms remain enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Moonasya regarding services.
