These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vedic Astrology services provided by Moonasya (“Moonasya”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through Moonasya.com and related platforms.
By applying for, booking, purchasing, or participating in any Moonasya service, you (“Client”, “You”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Services
Moonasya provides guidance based on traditional Vedic Astrology principles, including but not limited to consultations, horoscope analysis, interpretive reports, and optional traditional remedies.
All services are advisory in nature only. Astrology is a subjective interpretive practice and does not constitute a prediction, promise, or guarantee of future outcomes, events, or results.
2. Eligibility & Mental Health Disclaimer
Moonasya services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Moonasya does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, nor does it offer therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, mental health conditions, dependency issues, or require urgent professional support, you are advised to seek assistance from a licensed professional. Moonasya services are not suitable as a substitute for such care.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete birth details, including date, time, and place of birth.
Moonasya shall not be responsible for inaccuracies, interpretations, or outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or estimated information provided by you.
4. Booking, Payments & Refund Policy
All payments made to Moonasya are final and non-refundable, without exception.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that your selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned at short notice.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Approval of rescheduling is at Moonasya’s sole discretion and subject to availability.
Failure to attend a session without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.
No refunds shall be issued for dissatisfaction, disagreement with interpretations, perceived inaccuracy, change of mind, or non-attendance.
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
Astrological guidance is interpretive and symbolic in nature.
Moonasya makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of any guidance, interpretation, or material provided.
All decisions, actions, and consequences arising from the use of Moonasya services are taken solely at your own discretion and risk.
6. Remedies & Traditional Practices
Any remedies suggested (including gemstones, mantras, rituals, or spiritual practices) are traditional, optional, and non-mandatory.
Moonasya does not guarantee the effectiveness or outcomes of any remedies.
Where remedies involve third-party vendors or practitioners, Moonasya assumes no responsibility for quality, authenticity, delivery, or results.
7. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions
All content, materials, reports, charts, audio/video recordings, written interpretations, and session content (“Materials”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Moonasya.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use Materials for your private reference only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, record, or share Materials or sessions, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Moonasya.
Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
Moonasya treats client information, including birth data and session discussions, as confidential and uses it solely for the purpose of providing services.
While reasonable safeguards are implemented, Moonasya does not guarantee absolute data security.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Recording of Sessions
Clients are not permitted to record, distribute, or share sessions without prior written consent.
Moonasya reserves the right to record sessions for internal documentation, quality assurance, or training purposes unless otherwise communicated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonasya’s total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paidfor the specific session giving rise to the claim.
Moonasya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, or reputational damages, including loss of opportunity or distress.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonasya, its astrologers, representatives, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use or misuse of services
Your reliance on guidance or interpretations
Breach of these Terms
Any decision or action taken by you based on Moonasya services
12. Rescheduling & Force Majeure
Moonasya reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, technical issues, or force majeure events.
In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually reasonable time. Refunds will not be issued.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Seat and venue of arbitration: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Subject to arbitration, courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Amendments
Moonasya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moonasya and supersede all prior communications or understandings.

By proceeding with payment, booking, or participation in any Moonasya service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
